Spett.le Sindaco,
mi rivolgo a lei dopo essermi rivolta anche all’assessore Tronconi e assessore Ravaioli per un problema che ultimamente sta riempendo i miei pensieri.
Sono una mamma di una bimba di tre anni che frequenta da quando aveva 6 mesi il nido comunale Cucciolo (è praticamente nata nel nido) e il prossimo anno deve iscriversi alle scuole d’infanzia.
Mio marito lavora presso l’università di Bologna (dipartimento di Chimica) e per raggiungerlo in orario deve prendere il treno delle 7.30. Io per quest’anno (speriamo bene anche per il prossimo visto il periodo di crisi, ma con 2 lauree e 3 abilitazione sono fiduciosa) insegno presso l’ITC di Cesena Informatica e per raggiungere la scuola in orario devo prendere il treno delle 7.26.
Il mio babbo è morto e la mia mamma abita lontano, per fortuna abitano a Forlì i genitori di mio marito che attualmente mi danno una mano con la bimba e spesso la mattina la portano a scuola loro vista l’incompatibilità di orario. Del resto per il bilancio familiare è indispensabile anche il mio lavoro.
Mio suocero spesso è fuori sede e mia suocera non guida, oltre ad essere affetta da una grave sindrome che le impedisce di fare lunghi percorsi a piedi.
Tanto premesso le mie scelte per la preiscrizione al nido si sono dovute limitare a due strutture che sono vicino alla nonna: il Bruco (comunale) e la Rondine (statale). I nostri 37 punti purtroppo non sono serviti a farla iscrivere in nessuna di queste scuole. Dall’ufficio mi sono sentita rispondere che l’unico posto disponibile è presso l’asilo "Peter Pan" di Vecchiazzano. Questa risposta non mi basta e comunque mi sembra una presa in giro considerando che l’asilo chiude alle 14,15 e con i nostri orari attuali non riuscirei mai ad andarla a prendere a parte 2 pomeriggi. Il prossimo anno, considerando anche che con i nuovi orari che entreranno in vigore nelle scuole si uscirà più tardi, molto probabilmente sarò costretta a rinunciare all’insegnamento ma, il mio mancato guadagno, cosa ancor più grave, se non riesco a rimediare la situazione diversamente, si trasformerà nella dura decisione di lasciare la bimba a casa dopo tre anni di nido per problemi economici!
Del resto nella domanda era presente un campo note in cui io avevo esplicitato il mio problema, ma a questo punto mi chiedo a cosa serve il campo note? Forse a fare due risate sui problemi dei cittadini?
Del resto la graduatoria per gli asili è una graduatoria di bambini e persone non di numeri e non si può trascurare questo particolare. Ho inoltre notato che tra i bambini che sono entrati al Bruco ci sono molti che avevano messo molte più scelte e allora mi viene da pensare che forse per loro era indifferente e allora perché non fare un cambio? Inoltre invece alla Rondine, scuola a cui non ho potuto fare domanda direttamente poiché ho presentato domanda presso il comune sono stati presi bambini figli anche di casalinghe per scelta loro e non perché hanno perso il lavoro e che non avevano mai frequentato il nido prima. Ma allora mi chiedo è giusto fare regole uguali tra persone disuguali? E’ così difficile valutare le reali esigenze delle persone? Con un po’ di accortezza si poteva accontentare tutti.
Per rispetto della trasparenza su richiesta non dovrebbero essere rilasciati i dati relativi alla situazione lavorativa dei genitori? In fondo per la Privacy quelli non sono dati sensibili. Avevo fatto richiesta di accesso agl'atti per i bambini che avevano avuto accesso all'asilo Bruco, anche eventualmente per chiedere uno scambio direttamente ai genitori e mi è stato risposto che non possono rilasciare nulla. Ma allora la trasparenza dov'è? Come faccio a verificare come mai mia figlia è fuori o se chi ha preso il suo posto ha veramente più bisogno? Mi devo fidare alla cieca sperando che non ci siano state sviste anche involontarie nella compilazione delle graduatorie?
