AL PRESIDENTE DELL'ASSOCIAZIONE DELLE SCUOLE AUTONOME DI MILANO E PROVINCIA

sono Alberto Ciullini, presidente del Consiglio dell'Istituto Comprensivo Franceschi di Milano e le scrivo a nome del neonato Coordinamento dei Consigli di Istituto di Milano e Provincia.
Il Coordinamento, che raccoglie una cinquantina di scuole, si è riunito tre volte a partire da febbraio per discutere a affrontare l'annosa e grave situazione finanziaria delle istituzioni scolastiche (la mailing list di coordinamento si chiama significativamente "bilancinrosso"). Nel primo incontro dello scorso 10 febbraio, ci siamo concentrati sulla "famigerata" circolare del 14/12/2009, quella dell'"aggregato Z" e abbiamo "adottato" come Coordinamento proprio il documento dell'Asam che invitava a non inserire i residui attivi in tale aggregato.
Nella riunione che si è svolta martedì 20 aprile, oltre ad approvare in via definitiva una lettera da inviare a diversi organismi (che allego) è emersa sempre di più l'urgenza di collaborazione con le dirigenze scolastiche e con le Associazioni come Asam che rappresentano le autonomie scolastiche. Anche perché uno dei filoni su cui stiamo lavorando è quello della possibilità di un'azione legale nei confronti del Ministero moroso, attivandoci con alcuni studi legali che si sono detti disponibili per esplorare questa eventualità. Ma è chiaro che la collaborazione con Asam, anche per estendere e raggiungere tutte le scuole che non siamo stati in grado di attivare sinora, è per noi assolutamente fondamentale.
Per questo mi è stato dato mandato di chiedere un incontro con Asam da organizzarsi possibilmente nei giorni 3 o 5 maggio p.v. in una sede da stabilirsi, ma facilmente raggiungibile da tutte le zone di Milano e provincia.
